CDS Launch New Information Management System – Power BI

As part of our continuous improvement programme we have been utilising a very powerful software programme called Microsoft Power BI to develop our own Internal Management System. This new system will give us real time information for KPI’s and other critical data across the whole business.

Our aim is to develop a one stop shop to collate and review all data. Staff will have individual dashboards which will focus on personal KPI’s and key data for their individual customer bases. In addition to the benefits it will bring internally this system will also enable our clients to access real time information in regards to audits, snagging, near misses etc, this will enable them to benchmark CDS more effectively against other suppliers, we want to promote a real open book, collaborative partnership in all areas of our delivery.

Throughout January we will be launching the system to all CDS employees, once fully operational this system will enhance our delivery strategies, as well as ensuring we continue to deliver on our promises.
