Helping our customers to create a leaner, quicker programme through collaborative planning.

Last week we held an interactive collaborative planning session with a new customer at our head office in Southampton. Within this session we worked with our customer and their key supply chain partners to fully understand the project, we then visually acted out the works, something we call ‘Project Choreography’…….What can we build off-site? Where can we reduce waste? How can we deliver this project quicker and leaner?

Our customer left with a leaner, quicker programme without compromising on quality and we cant wait to start on site and deliver on our promises.
