CDS is a culture driven business who takes pride in delivering on our promises to both internal and external customers.
Following on from the success of our recent Employee Engagement Survey and ensuring we react to feedback, an interactive workshop was held this week to discuss next steps. The workshop was fun and brought together some inspiring ideas to ensure we continue to improve our culture within and engage with our staff, which in turn improves our service to customers.
With further workshops planned, core value analysis, as well as a real drive to engage staff and encourage feedback, we believe this will take CDS to the next level of success, ensuring we continuously improve for the benefit of both internal and external stakeholders.
