THE BRIEF
Collaborative approach to reduce programme
Boots is a brand new customer for 2024, our brief was to look at their concept, utilise collaborative planning to reduce waste, opening stores quicker.
This store in Hertford was our first project which we delivered in just 6 weeks, the scope was to refit their existing store into the new Boots store concept.
OUR APPROACH
Using lean processes, collaborative planning as well as utilising our Cheetah back of house modular wall system we delivered this project on time, despite having an unexpected issue with the floor slab which lost the project team 6 days!
THE OUTCOMES
Successful delivery in just 6 weeks.
Our first store successfully handed over on time and with fantastic feedback from both Boots and the store team.
