Marco Re-balance project including a new ‘World of Hearing’ concessions area
THE BRIEF
To deliver a complete store refresh including the construction of a ‘World of Hearing’ concession area in just 7 weeks !
We were approached by Boots to carry out a Macro Re-balance project, with a twist, in the heart of Cheltenham.
As well as the normal macro re-balance scope this one incorporated a ‘World of Hearing’ concessions area, as well as a complete reconfiguration of the existing ground floor to facilitate new beauty brand concessions.
OUR APPROACH
Using lean processes, collaborative planning as well as utilising our Cheetah modular wall system, we delivered this project to programme, in just 7 weeks!
THE OUTCOMES
Successful 7 week delivery.
Cheltenham successfully handed over on time and with fantastic feedback from both our customer and the in-store team.
