Inline with our vision, mission and values we strive to ensure our staff are at the forefront of our decisions and that we have a happy and healthy team on board.
As a business, we take time to listen to staff and take onboard all views, whether positive or negative, and continuously improve. During October we asked staff to take part in a detailed Employment Engagement Survey which covered many different topics including, leadership, office environment and employees understanding of our vision and business strategies. We are pleased to say the survey was received well, with a 98% return rate and very positive feedback. In response to feedback and the recent return to HQ for our Southampton staff, we have started our own little head office refurbishment. We are currently creating a new modern, fresh and contemporary space including a new staff breakout area.
October, also saw our CEO, Lee Walker deliver yet another Team Brief. These regular interactive sessions have been designed to not only deliver important business updates, and ensure all staff are fully aware of what’s happening here at CDS, but to also provide an open forum for questions.
