Proud Mary delivered & open for business!

Proud Mary has been an exciting new customer for CDS this year and we are pleased to see our first project successfully delivered in Swansea.

We started this journey like we do with many of our customers through an interactive collaborative planning session. We worked with Proud Mary to fully understand the project, we visually acted out the works, something we call ‘Project Choreography’…….What can we build off-site? Where can we reduce waste? How can we deliver this project quicker and leaner?

Through this early project engagement, collaborative approach and effective communications we have successfully delivered a highly prestigious project, a project we can all be proud of!
