ISO 9001 Audit!

This week we had our external ISO 9001 audit and we are so proud to have passed without any recommendations for improvement.

This is a huge testament to the whole CDS team but in particular Lucy Rogan, QHSE Advisor, Sean Camfield, Site Manager and our Product Solutions Team, all of whom assisted the auditor in his review of our quality and business procedures.

Auditor overview:

 “The system is very effective and well-managed with good documentation throughout, excellent traceability and a lot of monitoring and measuring, the company is very customer focused and all areas of their products and services are created in conjunction with the clients and representatives to ensure total compliance all round and has created a very good working relationship.

 The interviews with the senior management team were very informative and they have a good growth business plan in place that is working well.

 The onsite visit to the “Proud Mary” Project in Swansea was very well-managed and controlled by the site manager who has effectively controlled everyone, including their own workforce and subcontractors, the project is only a few weeks in, but all workers onsite were in the full correct PPE, safety was excellent with barriered areas for specific work areas.

 All documentation was in place and up-to-date and available as required.
